A unique service offered is access to Harvard Business Review journals. It has been very well received by our members at IL&FS Mumbai and therefore has been extended to IL&FS Delhi. We were keen to bring back the fast dying culture of reading! With the addition of Kwench to our offerings for employees, we have achieved just that. We were initially undecided about how an online ordering and book delivery system would work – since, the success of this model is dependent on excellent and on-time service and wide range of books – however, Kwench has delivered far beyond our expectations. They stick to their promised timelines of delivery and pick up and I have not seen them fail despite heavy demand. Their books are mostly in stock and they keep adding to their stock regularly. They ensure that the books they deliver are in excellent shape. Our employees are extremely happy with this service. We are keen to partner with them in every location that they open shop!
